Belloc Rundaunt

Duke Belloc Rundaunt is a visiting dignitary, far from his home within the Duchy of The Gorge, in the similar yet quite different land of Terrafief. He has travelled great distances to promote trade with his people, known as the Fallcast, and has set his sights upon the bustling populace of Bicolline. Belloc has been known by other names in his home country, some even knowing his connection to the long-disbanded mercenary guild called the Grumblers, and his later interactions with an assasins guild, the Vassails... His family long dead, Belloc rules his people with a loose and nearly carefree hand, but when things go too far he takes control with ease with the help of his closest allies and good standing with the majority of the Fallcast. Some call him a bit of a rogue, a reckless duke who is more often seen partying than enforcing order. And that's just the way he likes it. Perhaps this journey to Bicolline will create relations with its people, even an embassy, or perhaps it will simply be entertaining in the best of ways.
