Guig'lig, a curious halfling from the peaceful village of Shirebrooke, spent most of his life with his nose buried in spore charts and his fingers stained with mushrooms. Fascinated by fungi since childhood, he became the village's unofficial mycologist, cataloging every mushroom in the surrounding woods. But as the years passed, his hunger for discovery grew beyond Shirebrooke’s borders. With a satchel full of samples and a heart full of wonder, Guig’lig set off for the legendary land of Bicoline—hoping to uncover rare species, meet fellow mushroom enthusiasts, and maybe even publish his own compendium of fungi from lands afar.
