"Hávær had a happy life living as a farmer and being an integral part of his community. His young son was the pride of his life. That was until he took ill and eventually died. |
Hávær's life was crushed and he cursed the gods. Giving up the plow, he signed on to a raiding party and soon begun to seek work as a mercenary. Never being home, his relationship with his wife deteriorated until one day he came home to an empty home. A lifetime spent travelling and fighting to try and bury his anger, Hávær has been many places and seen a plethora of strange sights, but it never took away the pain. |
In his older life he has begun to mellow. His resent of the gods now just mere disdain. He has returned to his homeland, hoping to find something of the peace that has eluded him all these years. |

""Waiting for the Gods to help just gets a man killed. Pick up your spear and just ask your ancestors to ready the hearth.""" |
