Morrigan Menkar

In 1019, Morrigan heeded the call of the Glashtyn and turned from human to cait sidhe fae. For a time, they resided with the fae of the mirage court. There, they made many friends from unlikely places and did a lot of self discovery. In 1023, with a sudden departure, she fled to Terres d’Auquesse where they were met by the Grand Khan with open arms and a new place to call home. This happened at the same time La Grand Chasse schismed so she naturally fell into the old ways of the religion (Akil’ar). Everything about their new place in Mundus felt right, but they still didn’t; she wanted this new chapter to genuinely be a new chapter. After long consideration, she chose to take the biggest risk they could (and break a HUGE rule) - she had a Vampire Lord bite her. Fortunately, they survived this and the vampire venom burned away her fae magic. Since their fae magic was heavily to do with glamour, though, her vampire magic is quite similar.
