"Sal (Salt) has amnesia due to the fact that the Pirate ship she was a crew member of was attacked by the British. She was the lone survivor and suffered trauma due to the attack and what happened immediately following. |

She was found on the beach and given the name Sal by the Islanders who nursed her back to health and taught her about their culture. After some time, the itching feeling of wanting to know/remember more about herself persists and she’s able to get passage off the island. She finds herself in Bicolline searching for more answers to her foggy past. |
