Avaline Caliban

Name: Avaline Caliban (née Grand)    Occupation: Healer & Aspiring Alchemist   Background: Avaline Caliban, born Avaline Grand, was raised in a world of gentle hands and soothing remedies. The daughter of a skilled healer, she learned the art of mending wounds and curing ailments from her father, the only parent she has ever known. Her mother vanished when she was but two years old—a mystery left unsolved. As a child, Avaline was curious and compassionate, always eager to learn and help. She found solace in the study of herbs, potions, and the delicate balance between nature and medicine. Now, at twenty, her hunger for knowledge has led her beyond traditional healing into the realm of alchemy—a practice that intrigues her with its promise of transformation and power beyond mere bandages and tinctures. Her heart, however, has always belonged to Charlus Theodore Caliban, her closest childhood friend and now husband-to-be. Their bond, forged in years of shared laughter and whispered dreams, is unshakable—a love that feels as inevitable as the tides. With their union, she steps into a new chapter, preparing to take her place by the side of the future Lord Caliban. Though the weight of noble expectations now rests upon her, Avaline remains steadfast in her desire to heal, to learn, and to carve a path that is her own.
