Ulrich von Altenburg

Ulrich's father is a respectable minor noble, and Ulrich is not only his heir but also a most chivalrous knight. Or is he a prince disposessed of his birthright? Or is he a simple foot soldier who 'doesn't know nothing'? You can never seem to get the truth out of Ulrich. What is clear is that his 'noble knightly service' often goes to the highest bidder. Some might describe him as a degenerate gambler and drinker, and a mercenary. But Ulrich would certainly never. He has an undeservedly high opinion of himself. His bravery and loyalty exend as far as the purse of his employer and if the battle is going in his favour. Ulrich came to Mundus to make a name for himself, partake in amazing adventures, and certainly not to escape creditors. When he's not being the first to route on the battlefield, Ulrich enjoys singing the night away with companions in the tavern.
