Robin Ashweaver

A keeper of the dead by day, practitioner of a trade much lost to time by night, Robin Ashweaver resides in a modest cemetery with his partner Ember Vitalis to provide services for the dead.

Patrons typically paid by coin in exchange for funerals, burials, and cremation, but if the living lack the funds for the transaction Robin happily accepted payment in other meaningful forms. Many have gifted items of luxury, tokens of sentiment, or invaluable skills, allowing Robin to steadily become a jack of several trades. If the price was right, Robin would offer a family secret ritual to weave the essence of the deceased into something of deep, sentimental value for the loved ones with their ashen remains--provided they were willing to part with a meaningful memory of their dead.

The Empire's influence would eventually reach their modest home by the cemetery, creating an opportunity for Robin and Ember to travel to Bicolline as tradesfolk with other merchants within Ordo Cervi. Under the Empire's banner, he pursued coin, kinship, and adventure.

On the way home, a strange siren song beckoned him away to roads far and untraveled. Charmed by an array of shifting colors and veils, Robin eventually found himself deep in uncharted territory with his partner in hand, herds of elephants, priceless art, and a band of travelers who too trekked across Mundus to answer the call to arms by an entity beyond understanding.

Much is yet to unfold as he creates a home with his newfound kin in Terres du Sud, but one thing has become clear as day the entity whispered into his mind:  "when history forgets, we must remember."
