Upon its creation in February of the year 712 of the first era, the kingdom of [Ozame](/wiki/bicolline/regions/ozame/) cut off all its political and commercial relations with the [Empire](/wiki/bicolline/regions/empire/). It developed on a system of sharing and equality of resources. Its geographical location works to its advantage, the kingdom of [Andore](/wiki/bicolline/regions/andore/) on its northern border constitutes a real shield. The kingdom of Ozame is sparsely populated, only the [region of the great rivers](/wiki/bicolline/regions/ozame/grands-fleuves/) and the western coasts of Ozame are inhabited. The inhabitants of the region of the great rivers live mainly from agriculture where the land is suitable for it.

[King Sven](/wiki/bicolline/people/sven-aegirsson/) Aegirsson after his coronation in the summer of 1005 ordered the archives of 712 to be reopened. After consultation, he did not fail to remind [King Solar](/wiki/bicolline/people/king-solar/) that the entire province of [Dinant](/wiki/bicolline/regions/federation-argannaise/dinant/) at that time had almost become part of the Kingdom of Ozame. A vote had also taken place at the time in the presence of the [Keepers of Knowledge](/wiki/bicolline/religions/guardians-of-knowledge/) to decide.

Today, King Sven Aegirsson I wants to recover this plot of land which is found on archive maps within the borders of Ozame. These records date back to the time when cartographers traced the border between Ozame and Andora. But this stroke of the pen dates back almost three hundred years and in reality, this land located in the current province of Dinant has always been inhabited by people from Andore, which [Lord Artagnan](/wiki/bicolline/people/lord-artagnan/) loudly claims.
