The outcome
The final clanks of weapons and the screams of the end of the battle brought Setoh back to the reality of the story he would have to entrust to his pen. He spoke to him for a moment, probably in Elvish, talking with his mind and asking himself first:

“Why the northern front was three times more numerous than the southern front”.

Although the outcome of the battle was not his own, the beginning nevertheless intrigued him and forced him to further clarify his thoughts in an objective manner.

He received comments, but validated by the action, few actually reached him. He therefore had to proceed with visual validation and notation of the verbalizations in order to be able to write without bias.

1ST Episode
The latest attempts at negotiations

For a moment, during the heat of a charge on the right flank of Äsa's troops by [Salmarak](/wiki/bicolline/organizations/salmarak-guild/)'s rifle units, Setoh was lost in thought, making no attempt to avoid arrows or blows, true to his habit. He was somewhere before the deployment of Äsa Markusdotter's troops, he had attended the last negotiations which were held in the center of the plain, supervised by the knights. The confidence of both parties spoke volumes about each party’s intentions and propensity to survive. Certainly the surplus and the advantage of the plain, Salmarak had to be able to compensate for the honor of fighting, or to have ingenious tactics ensuring him a victory.

“Advanced, flanked by the cavalry, the troops on each side asserting themselves in a clamor to strongly support their parties, the colors rose from one point towards the apparition. There were four on each side, four elements united in a whole, the unity which forced the march towards a destiny which would give birth to new designs. We approached them, greeting the Mistress and the Marquis before they began their final negotiations. We were in a hurry to write down the words exchanged in order not to lose them in their entirety:

\- “Marquis, go ahead and fight or give in, this is your last song\!” » says the armed lady with a look full of determination.

\- “I would have preferred to speak to a human being instead of a putrid and gangrenous being, we will not surrender, DEATH TO DARKNESS\! »

“Which was followed by a clamor from Salmarak in repetition, as if the echo increased by carrying the voices of the brave. »

“From the north side of the plain slowly rose the name Äsa (Orssa) in repetition until increasing, revealing cries beyond vision in the lush forest of Torascon. »

“The horsemen broke the barrier of silence that followed to make room for the man. The troops mobilized to the cries and howls of men and creatures on the side of the mages. »

“We are a little disappointed to see that there was no acceptance of the affirmation and that the earth will still witness the birth of the battle, the elements clashed, the four daughters of life could not unite, only the earth allowed discord to develop, once again..."

The plain, a crypt and a history

After a long stay in the bowels of the beast. The kopte Setoh came back from afar with an even more objective spirit, having left doubts behind him, hovering only on the level of affirmation through the action of men. Going to the battlefield two days before, he had had the opportunity to locate the best places to position himself and waited patiently for the two fronts to arrive, delicately caressing the frail nature. The place was desolate, as if nature had known that a deluge of hatred was going to take place there, a few trees remained and would remain, witnesses to the madness of men in the quest for greed for or against a common objective: incomprehension and stubbornness of reality. Walking through the rare expanses of greenery, he stretched out his hand and closed his eyes, feeling the surroundings and sniffing the air, searching for the two missing elements...they were to arrive eventually through the fire and blood of the fighters.

The kopte learned in two days that two groups were fighting over a crypt discovered in these places, and also knew that these were in fact the ancient places of [Orapal Tamas](/wiki/bicolline/places/orapal-tamas/), an esoteric school of the central lands, once destroyed around the year 647\. Digging through his references, he learned that a few years earlier, the great masters of Orapal Tamas had taken the initiative to wall up their secrets.

The crypt was discovered this winter by members of the Mages of D
