Auquesse is led by the Great Khan who is said to be the representative of Tenamuach, a powerful cosmic entity. Tenamuach, known to some as the Great Devourer, is associated with the occult art of Skull magic where mages provide human sacrifices in exchange for power.
Since Tenamuach’s arrival, many people have arrived in the lands of Auquesse to be closer to him.. However the original local people are nomadic, divided into tribes continually waging war to attract the favors of a Tenamuahc. They are renowned for cannibalism, aggressiveness, dark magic and and bloodthirsty lifestyle.
Summer 1018: The provincial banner of Harganeth Zmenkh s'argten has been dissolved due to lack of maintenance for two years. Added the Army from Beyond the Grave artifact. The Grand Master Archmage stood above his tower from another age, surrounded by his apprentices. Raising his arms in the air, he unleashed purple lightning between the dark clouds. In a terrible voice, he thundered: "Oh great Tenamuach, let your anger be directed towards your true enemies, those who destroyed the Deep of Tolternoth and temporarily broke the access to the arcane. Accept this sacrifice so that the pact continues between us and may our vengeance be complete!” It was then that a family of 15 peasants was taken to the specially built sacrificial altar. It looked like an old, misshapen windmill, decorated with hundreds of skulls on its propellers which slowly turned with the wind, creaking. One after another, the peasants were pushed inside the dark entrance to the mill. After abominable screams of pain and horror, all that came out of the mill was a jet of blood on the side which caused its great wheel to turn like a water mill would. The blood mill was therefore baptized. At the same time as the sacrifice, desolation was being created elsewhere for the Tenamuach. Reinforcement of 5 undead. Veldruk opens the Urn of Torment on his own domain immediately after casting the absorb spell on this effect. (Arak'Naruk, Bicolline.online)

His future Khans must prostrate themselves and signify their devotion through sacrifices. See Register of Skulls. The army of Terres d'Auquesse, made up of 14 militias, was demobilized.
1014 - A Garganesh Waste surrounds the Tolternoth Chasm. A horde of Tenamuahc cultists led by High Priest Sicarius gather at the great monoliths of Tolternoth's Deep, summoning the power of time immemorial and the Blood Demon. Using a Veldryn Crystal as a catalyst, Sicarius opens a breach between worlds to teleport the armies of the Infernal Legion and the Tenamuahc Horde to the Argan domains of Riosis and Gravenport! Once the armies are sent to do the dark work of Tenamuahc, hundreds of slaves are brought to the edge of the monoliths, and brutally sacrificed by the cultists. Nesh's words are spoken, and the earth trembles as rivers of magma rise from the depths to cover the region. A Garganesh Desolation is created. As the cultists rejoice at the destruction thus caused, the runes of the Monoliths glow once again, fueled by this bloody primordial magic. A door opens to another world... Who knows what nameless horror will emerge? The army of the 1st Khan defeats the Dark Guard of Akilam and takes possession of the chasm.
The beginning of the second millennium saw the rebirth of the city of Garganesh, an infamous military and occult power. Located on the estuary of Fleuve Noir, the Black River, it grew in stature through the conquests of its ruthless Legions and the grace of Tenamuahc, patron entity of the civic cult of Auquesse. Then, five years ago, Terres d’Auquesse became a true nation through the union of the metropolis Garganesh and the provincia Bryas and Tolimarth. According to some archivists, Terres d’Auquesse is the cradle of humanity and the mortal races. A wild, untamed moor covered with forests of Dantoës, conifers riddled with poisonous needles, teeming with tribes of nomads, lycanthropes, Hundars, goblinoids, ice elves, and ogres, most of which worship primal and bloodthirsty entities.
