from the first days of the summer solstice of the year of grace 1010, the oldest imperial province will burst into flames and once again become the scene of bloody battles. The feared Legion guild, in its ever-constant thirst for blood and expansion, was recently given land in the province of Kintzheim in exchange for which it must eradicate the last tremors of rebellion which are shaking it. Indeed, many citizens refuse to submit to the imperial council for different reasons. Some refute the legitimacy of the Council and demand that an Emperor be crowned, while others still remember the tragedy of Bridier freshly.

However, many people still believe in the One and have taken refuge in the stronghold of Vandabren, the last territory in the Empire still under the authority of Ecclesia. Its inhabitants desperately send missives requesting the intervention of the Holy See. Their appeal was not in vain, during the Purple Ball and in the presence of the Grand Theocrat, the members of the clergy of the True Faith voted in favor of a crusade to avenge the martyrs of Bridier, liberate the province of Kintzheim and face the servants of Chaos.

Some now march to conquer new lands, others are led by their Faith, but all converge in Kintzheim and prepare to turn the earth red once more.
