Irendille campaign of 1001
The autumn 1001 expedition was led by Count Ashtar of House Osgoroth, supported by the two orc clan leaders, Waash and Pok Amargath. After terrible clashes around Ent Hill, which saw hundreds of elves, orcs and Rangers lose their lives, the Wood Elves pushed the forces of Nasgaroth back to the gates of the fort. The ruin is still under the control of the dark elves. But the wood elves led by Laenneck, of the Wolf clan, and helped by Esteban's foresters surround the dark elves and their orc allies entrenched in the ruin.
